Whether we meet weekly to build momentum or once a month to check in, our pace will be entirely tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Private Pay
I also welcome private pay clients. If you are out-of-network, uninsured, or simply prefer not to use insurance for privacy reasons, please contact me for my current session rates.
